Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Invopoint, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users, customers, visitors, and businesses using the Invopoint SaaS platform, website, applications, and related services. If you do not agree with these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
SaaS Platform Services
Invopoint provides cloud-based invoicing, billing, payment tracking, recurring invoicing, expense management, reporting, and financial workflow automation services designed for small and medium-sized businesses in the United Kingdom, United States, Europe, and other supported jurisdictions. All services are provided on a software-as-a-service (SaaS) basis.
User Accounts and Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted under their account. You agree to provide accurate and complete business, billing, and contact information. Invopoint reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false, misleading, or unauthorized information.
Subscription, Billing and Payments
Certain Invopoint services may require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Invopoint to charge applicable subscription fees, taxes, and transaction charges using your selected payment method. Subscription plans may automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. All payments are non-refundable except where required under applicable consumer protection laws.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to misuse the Invopoint platform or use it for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activities. Prohibited activities include transmitting malicious software, attempting unauthorized access, interfering with system integrity, violating financial regulations, infringing intellectual property rights, or using the platform for illegal financial transactions.
Data Protection and Privacy
Invopoint processes personal and business data in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws, including the UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and applicable United States privacy regulations. Users retain ownership of their submitted business data. By using Invopoint, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of information necessary to provide the services.
Intellectual Property Rights
All software, source code, trademarks, branding, website content, user interfaces, designs, graphics, workflows, documentation, and technology provided by Invopoint remain the exclusive intellectual property of Invopoint and its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without prior written consent.
Service Availability and Integrations
Invopoint aims to maintain reliable platform availability and secure infrastructure; however, uninterrupted or error-free service cannot be guaranteed. The platform may integrate with third-party services including payment gateways, accounting software, tax systems, and external APIs. Invopoint is not responsible for interruptions, errors, or damages caused by third-party providers or external services.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Invopoint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, data, or financial losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform or services. Invopoint does not provide legal, accounting, or tax advice, and users remain solely responsible for compliance with applicable financial and tax regulations.
Governing Law and Contact Information
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory local laws apply in the user's jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.
